TWall 2016 enchants Greenhills visitors
Greenhills students and faculty hosted hundreds of students with special needs Friday during the school’s annual T-Wall/B-Ball festivities.
This year’s visitors attend schools all over Washtenaw County and arrived at Greenhills starting in the morning. Greenhills students buddied up with the visitors, making sure each had an opportunity to enjoy activity stations set up around the school for the day.

Activities included sports-based games, a petting zoo, and a full-blown magic show.
And, as always, there were cakewalks in the forums, participation in live music performances, custom-made balloon animals, face-painting, and – of course – the event’s signature b-ball in the gyms.
Dozens of Greenhills students volunteered their time in putting the event together and helping clean up, all under the direction of Service Learning Director Alyssa Friendly.
“Each year, this event is a real highlight for our students,” Friendly said “We’re privileged to serve the community in this way.”
