A recent Wall Street Journal article highlights Greenhills alum Elizabeth Meriwether ’00, creator of the Fox sitcom New Girl, as the key talent among Hollywood’s “girl power phenomenon,” a group of young female writers and producers enjoying great success. Now in its second season, the fall premiere of New Girl last year was the network’s most watched in a decade.
