Special Olympic Athlete Visit Inspires Students
Special Olympic athlete Molly Hincka shared her inspirational story with Greenhills students during an upper school assembly Thursday, Nov. 3. As a baby, doctors thought she would never walk or talk, but with determination and an infectious spirit, Molly has participated in Special Olympics for 12 years and is a member of the 2011Team USA.
Her sister Charlotte, also a Special Olympics athlete, her brother and parents joined her for
the event.
“It was really inspirational and courageous for her to get in front of a group of students. Her story was amazing and she did a great job,” said Andrew Khouri ’13.
