Phill Pappas ’03 Publishes Book on Getting Through College with ADHD

Phill Pappas ‘03, son of French teacher Mijo Pappas, recently published a book called One Page at a Time:  Getting Through College with ADHD.  Pappas attended MSU and currently resides in Austin, Texas.

“Phill has written a wonderfully honest and funny book about managing life at college when one has ADHD,” remarks Greenhills school counselor Rochelle Flumenbaum.  “Part memoir, part manual of things to think about and try, Phill’s narrative about his own college experience and how he ultimately found his way to greater success is both practical and inspiring.”
