Grin ’11 Waltzes to First Place Finish in Ballroom Dancing Competition

Senior Katia Grin earned a first place for ballroom dancing this past weekend at the Michigan Dance Challenge. Competing against dancers from across the U.S. and Canada, Grin won in the adult category in Open Advanced Level International Standard.

In November Grin placed fifth in the world in the World Standard Championship; she competed against dancers from Russia, Canada and across the U.S.
