Alumni holiday bash brings them home
Greenhills hosted its annual alumni holiday reunion during the break this year, but instead of gathering at a local restaurant, alums gathered in the original green forum to help celebrate completion of the new main entrance.Nearly 80 alums and family members, along with former and current faculty members, got together Dec. 27 to reconnect with each other and with the school. The group enjoyed live music, refreshments and even some tours, along with a close-up look at the Greenhills history and photographic panels along the walls in the expanded entrance area.
“It was a festive scene, and great to see the historic displays around the forum — especially the distinguished service board commemorating long-serving faculty,” said Erin Peterson ’94. “It’s fitting to have so many panels honoring alums, faculty and the school’s history around the green forum – that’s such an important part of the school.”
