Putting the “pie” in Pi Day

Pi Day comes but once a year — every 3/14, to be exact — so why not celebrate the occasion by, say, putting a whipped-cream pie in the face of one of your favorite teachers? This year, 6th grader Sabeen Malik earned the honor of “pie-ing” science teacher Bridget Maldonado by memorizing more digits of pi than anyone else in the Middle School. Here’s what happened next.
