Each year, Greenhills holds Convocation for students on the last day of the first week of school. This year, Convocation will occur on Thursday, August 31. It is a time to gather together in community in order to formally appreciate and recognize the senior class as they move into the position of being leaders in the school. Seniors sit on stage, facing their 6th–11th grade peers, with several of them speaking to the school about the upcoming year and its many opportunities.
A Note About Special Dress
Traditionally, seniors have “dressed up to the occasion” of being on stage as role models. All students are invited to participate in dressing up; however, please note that special dress is not required. As an additional reminder, we have also scheduled school photos for this day.
