Greenhills School Department of Fine & Performing Arts presents our middle school play featuring two one-act comedies: The Internet is Distract—OH LOOK A KITTEN! and Superheroes: With Great Power Comes Ordinary Responsibilities, both written by Ian McWethy. In the first, Micah battles the forces of the internet against distraction and complete mind control while trying to complete her essay on The Great Gatsby. In the second, sketches involving several well known superheroes deal with the monotony of everyday life when not fighting the forces of evil. From dry cleaning, to dealing with fans, job interviews, and doing their taxes, these superheroes don’t handle the mundane well.
