Please communicate the account information to your student and ask them to follow the instructions outlined in the email. Greenhills School requires all employees and students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster shots recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Please complete the Vaccine Status Form in GryphOn to submit your child's proof of vaccination and/or any booster updates.
COVID-19 Immunization Exemption

Email Greenhills Health Services at healthservices@greenhillsschool.org with any questions.
Greenhills School requires students to bring a laptop to school. A 1:1 device for students allows us to continue to boost our instruction technology capabilities, help students to collaborate and communicate on devices that they feel most comfortable with, and decrease the usage of shared devices.
> Review the Student Laptop Policy
Each year all students must review the Acceptable Use Policy contained within the Student and Family Handbook. If you have any issues or questions, please email techsupport@greenhillsschool.org.
Parents will receive an email the week of July 18 notifying you that your child's course assignments are visible in GryphOn. Please note that the Academic Office will continue balancing sections and making small adjustments, so schedules (i.e. class periods and teachers) will not be published until the week of August 15.
The right side of the screen will show you/your child's course enrollment. To see the course description, click on the arrow next to the grade level on the left to expand the course list, then click on the course name to open the description.

Greenhills hosts an online bookstore through BNC K-12, part of MBS Direct, to make ordering books convenient and fast for parents. The course catalog is linked to your student's assigned materials so you know you're getting the right course materials, and most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Note About Digital Book Options
Many courses offer options for hard copy books, digital books, or a combination of both. Only one option is required for each class. Families may choose between any of the format options available for their classes, unless noted in MBS that the physical textbook is required or the digital version is preferred.

Greenhills School is open at 7:45am, at which time students are permitted to enter the building and prepare for their day in their assigned grade forums. Students may arrive as early as 7:00am and wait in the All-School Forum until the building is fully open at 7:45.
Classes begin at 8:30am. So students have enough time to prepare and begin class, we recommend that students arrive at Greenhills at or before 8:15am. For faster drop-off, please know that traffic will start to get heavy at 8:10. Traffic and direction support from the Gryphon Guards is present at the Main Entrance drop-off area to facilitate a safe and efficient movement of cars and pedestrians. Please pull as far forward as possible when space is available. For faster traffic flow and pedestrian safety, there is no left hand turn in or out of our main entrance to Greenhills Dr. Please approach campus from the south end of Greenhills Dr.
