Greenhills School is a warm, friendly, and welcoming community. We invite you to join the Greenhills learning experience. While academic excellence is paramount, our students are also enabled to become individuals who are literate, caring, thinking, and morally responsible.

Visitors to Greenhills frequently comment how unusual it is to enter the school and find lockers without locks. As members of the Greenhills community, this is only one of many daily affirmations that we are a school in which trust is foremost, students are supported, and excellence is practiced. Join us.

Everyone Participates in the Life of the School

At Greenhills, each student is expected to participate in the life of the school. We are a school where students can play varsity athletics, act in major theatrical productions, and have leadership responsibilities. Greenhills School Photo Our students are encouraged to explore opportunities they might not otherwise try, and we provide support to foster success. For example, we have a "no cuts" policy in the middle school and upper school athletic cuts are very rare. Therefore, students with little or no experience can learn, participate, and become leaders in our highly ranked Division C athletic program, our exceptional fine and performing arts program, or student initiated activities. Over 1/3 of our upper school students are generally involved in some aspect of the spring musical production, and nearly 2/3 of our students participate in athletics.

Words and pictures merely begin to describe the exceptional experience of being a Greenhills student, because Greenhills is about people. It is about students who develop strong relationships with teachers who challenge, guide, and nurture them each day and even beyond graduation. It is about students whose bonds of friendship can extend beyond each grade to last a lifetime. Parents at Greenhills work together with faculty and administrators because they want the best for their children.
